Welcome to Puzzle Arena. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Puzzle Arena app, its features, content, accounts, purchases, events, rewards and related services. By downloading, accessing or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the app. Your use of Puzzle Arena is also subject to the Privacy Policy and to applicable App Store, Google Play and third-party service rules.

1. Who provides the app

Puzzle Arena is developed and maintained by Felipe Ramos. For questions, requests or support, contact hello@puzzlearena.app.

2. Purpose of the app

Puzzle Arena is a puzzle game for personal, recreational and non-commercial use. The app includes game modes, progress, chapters, characters, events, rewards, virtual items, ads and optional in-app purchases.

3. Eligibility and use by minors

You must use Puzzle Arena according to your age, local laws and the age rating shown in the store where you downloaded the app. If you are a minor, you should use the app with the knowledge and permission of your parents or legal guardians, especially for in-app purchases.

4. Account, login and security

• Some features may require an account, login or authentication through third-party services such as Apple, Google or Facebook.
• You are responsible for the security of your device, account, credentials and login methods.
• You agree to provide accurate and updated information when needed for operation, support, progress recovery or requests.
• If you suspect unauthorized use, loss of access or a security issue, contact us using the email in these Terms.
• We may suspend or limit accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, system exploitation, violation of these Terms or security risk.

5. Progress, rewards and virtual items

Puzzle Arena may offer game progress, coins, essence, items, skins, inventory, chapters, challenges, events, rewards and other virtual benefits. These elements are part of the game experience and do not represent money, credit, real property or redeemable balance.

• Virtual items are licensed for use inside the app and are not sold as transferable goods.
• You may not sell, trade, transfer, sublicense or commercially exploit accounts, progress, coins, essence, items, rewards or virtual benefits.
• We may adjust balancing, rewards, difficulty, events, item availability and game economy to maintain the experience, fix errors or improve the app.
• In case of technical error, fraud, abuse or incorrect reward grants, we may correct, remove or adjust affected progress, items or benefits.

6. In-app purchases

Puzzle Arena may offer optional purchases such as packs, items, bonuses, Logic Pack, Mega Pack, Remove Ads or other digital benefits. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform used.

• Prices, taxes, payment methods, confirmation, cancellation, refunds and financial history are managed by the applicable store.
• Puzzle Arena receives only the information needed to validate the purchase and unlock the related content.
• Digital purchases may be subject to App Store or Google Play refund policies. Refund requests should be made through the store used, when applicable.
• Remove Ads removes ads as described in the app, but may not remove mandatory notices, privacy notices, operational messages, store content or elements that are not advertising.

7. Ads and third-party services

The app may show ads and integrate third-party services for authentication, infrastructure, stores, payments, ads, diagnostics and support. These services may be subject to their own terms and policies from Apple, Google, Meta/Facebook, Supabase, Google AdMob and other providers.

When using third-party connected features, you also agree to follow those providers' rules. Puzzle Arena does not control every technical, commercial or operational aspect of those services.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, unauthorized commercial or rights-violating purposes.
• Bypass security, payments, ads, progression, rewards, technical limits or game rules.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, mods, cheats, reverse engineering, traffic interception or vulnerability exploitation.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense or create derivative works from the app, code, art, audio, characters, brand or content without authorization.
• Access servers, databases, accounts or restricted areas without authorization.
• Interfere with the app's stability, security, availability or integrity.
• Offend, threaten, harass, deceive or harm other users when social, ranking, support or communication features exist.

9. Intellectual property

All rights in Puzzle Arena and its elements, including code, design, mechanics, characters, texts, images, animations, sounds, music, interface, trademarks, logos, names and promotional materials, belong to Felipe Ramos or their respective licensors, except where otherwise indicated.

These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-commercial license to install and use the app according to these Terms and the rules of the store where the app was obtained.

10. Licenses and third-party content

Puzzle Arena uses third-party libraries, tools, services and resources, including open-source software, as indicated in the licenses section available in the app or on the official site. These components remain subject to their respective owners' licenses and terms.

11. Updates, changes and availability

We may provide updates, fixes, new features, events, balancing adjustments, visual changes, security improvements or content changes. Some features may depend on internet connection, third-party services, an updated app version or platform availability.

We may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue parts of the app, events, rewards, online features, ads, purchases or related services, subject to applicable law and any acquired rights.

12. Support

We may provide support by email or through channels indicated in the app/site. When contacting us, provide enough information to investigate the issue, such as account email, platform, app version, error description and, if needed, receipts or transaction IDs.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests, but we do not guarantee a specific response time or solution for every case.

13. Privacy

Personal data processing in Puzzle Arena is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your data may be collected, used, stored, protected and shared.

14. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees that it will operate without errors, interruptions, data loss, incompatibilities, unavailability or failures caused by third parties, stores, devices, operating systems, internet connection or factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, progress loss, unavailability, third-party failures or misuse of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit or terminate your access to the app or specific features if there is a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, violation of third-party rights, legal requirement or use that harms Puzzle Arena.

You may stop using the app at any time. Account and personal data deletion may be requested as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the app, services, stores, laws or operational practices. The latest version will be available in the app or on the official Puzzle Arena website. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms, where permitted by law.

17. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court under applicable law, without prejudice to consumer rights when applicable.
